Enjoyed making this Goober! His design was inspired by Vigilante and Black Noir, his powers are radiation based so that’s why he wears a suit, to not expose the radiation, he’s kinda like atom Eve in the sense that he can rearrange molecules to create objects, however they’re dosed with extreme levels of radiation- so don’t ask him to make you a sandwich, and he is a silky goober, who’s fun, and an idiot, and he’s British too! (Also when he gets upset his Skeleton glows a radiation green-)
