  • Mention the date you sent the email and subject line
  • Ask them to escalate internally to compliance

If no one responds, you can also:

  • Resend the email with subject: FOLLOW-UP: Compliance Request (Urgent)
  • Include your original thread for context

I did check the email you sent to the compliance team regarding the unsuspension of the business. You cannot use the same business id. However, you can create a new business by clicking on the '+' icon and our team will be happy to review it.
Make sure it is aligned with the https://docs.dodopayments.com/miscellaneous/merchant-acceptance.
Also, I will help you to prioritize it.

We cannot delete an account, but you can always create a new business and submit the details.
