Dodo Payments does not publish a fixed “blocked countries” list.
Instead, they publish the countries where merchants are allowed. If your country is not on that list, you cannot use Dodo for payouts or merchant accounts.
Currently 178 countries are supported for merchants.
Examples of supported countries include:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- India
- Australia
- Germany
- France
- Brazil
- Singapore
- Japan
- South Korea
- UAE
(and many others — 178 total)
Countries not supported are generally those restricted by global compliance frameworks such as OFAC, FATF, UN, and EU sanctions.
Common examples that are not supported include:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Cuba
- Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions
- Afghanistan
Important:
- If your country is not in the merchant acceptance list, payouts and merchant accounts are not available.
- The list changes based on regulatory updates.
