I've submitted all my details, bank got verified, but identity verification was held in pending due to not having a product website instead I had my portfolio website only, now I've added a new brand from Business Settings with the product website, but now option to resubmit or do anything regarding the Identity Verification so that I can turn on the live mode and start taking payments for my Chrome Extension

To address the issue with your identity verification being on hold due to the lack of a product website, here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Check for Resubmission Option: After updating your business settings with the new brand and product website, ensure that you have checked your Dodo Payments dashboard for a resubmission request. You should receive an email notification if resubmission is required.

  2. Access the Resubmit Option: The Dodo Payments verification team should enable the "Resubmit" option in your dashboard, allowing you to upload new documents or update existing information.

  3. Upload Correct Documents: Navigate to the "Verification Section" in the dashboard and upload the updated documents, ensuring that all details are accurate and match your business information.

  4. Submit for Review: Once you've uploaded the necessary documents, click "Submit for Review" to send them for another review by the Dodo Payments team【4:7†source】.

If you do not see the option to resubmit, or if the verification remains pending, I recommend contacting Dodo Payments support directly through their provided email or via Discord to ensure that your issue is escalated and resolved promptly【4:1†source】.
