#Error to proceed order (woocommerce)
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
To troubleshoot the issue with linking the Dodo Payments plugin to WooCommerce and encountering errors when placing an order, you can follow these steps:
-
Verify API Keys: Ensure that the API keys are correctly configured in the WooCommerce plugin settings. You can find your API key in the Dodo Payments dashboard under
Developer > API Keys. Make sure the key is entered correctly in the WooCommerce settings. -
Check Webhook Setup: Ensure that the webhook URL is properly set up. This involves copying the webhook URL from your WooCommerce plugin settings and adding it to the Dodo Payments dashboard under
Developer > Webhooks. Make sure the signing key is also correctly copied and entered in the plugin settings. -
SSL Certificate: Check that your website's SSL certificate is valid. An invalid certificate can cause issues with secure connections required for payment processing.
-
Plugin Configuration: Go through the plugin settings to ensure all fields are filled out correctly, especially the Live Webhook Signing Key and Live API Key fields.
-
Server Logs: Review your server logs for any errors that might provide more context on what is causing the failure when placing an order.
-
Test Mode: If you are still in the testing phase, ensure that the Test API Key and Test Webhook Signing Key are used, and the plugin is in test mode.
-
Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Dodo Payments support for further assistance.
