Hi!

I'm trying to set up dodo payments to be my MoR for my albanian store. Albania uses Albanian Lek as their currency and I would like my customers to be able to pay in their local currency of course.

I'm using the official dodo payments plug in for woocommerce and no custom code on the checkout process.
I got it working alright with USD and test mode, that is not a problem.

When switching to ALL, either in live or test mode I get this error in the browser console:

functions_premium.js:143 ACR order details could not be retrieved {success: false, data: 'Order is not eligible for ACR'}

Any ideas?

Thank you!

The error message "Order is not eligible for ACR" when attempting to use Albanian Lek (ALL) as the currency indicates that there might be a compatibility or configuration issue with the Adaptive Currency feature or the specific setup for using ALL.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Supported Currencies: Ensure that Albanian Lek (ALL) is supported by your Dodo Payments setup. According to the documentation, ALL is a supported currency, but you should verify that your account is configured to handle transactions in this currency【4:0†source】.

  2. Enable Adaptive Currency: Make sure that the Adaptive Currency feature is enabled in your Dodo Payments dashboard. This feature allows prices to be displayed in the customer's local currency, which can reduce friction at checkout . To enable it:

    • Log into your Merchant Dashboard.
    • Navigate to Business → Business Settings.
    • Toggle the switch to enable Adaptive Pricing.
  3. Plugin Configuration: Double-check your WooCommerce plugin configuration to ensure that all settings are correctly set up for the use of multiple currencies. This includes verifying API keys, webhook URLs, and ensuring that the plugin is updated to the latest version .

  4. Review Minimum Amounts: Verify that your transactions meet the minimum amount requirements for Albanian Lek, which is 50.00 ALL【4:0†source】.

  5. Consult Support: If the problem persists after checking the above points, consider reaching out to Dodo Payments support for further assistance. You can email them at [email protected] or join their Discord community for peer support .

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue with using Albanian Lek for your store transactions. If the issue remains unresolved, contacting support would be the next best step.

Oh yeah, of course, I have adaptive currency enabled on my account.
I'm not sure what "verify that your account is configured to handle transactions in this currency" means tho, I didn't see any other currency sesttings.
The minimum amount was definitely reached (~200 Lek)

Hey @kind gulch , This error does not belong to the dodopayments plugin. You'll have to find the plugin that's causing this error, probably one that goes along the acronym ACR

@orchid mortar ok, might be. However the fact remains that with USD the order goes through, i get redirected to the dodopayments ui to finish the payment. When using ALL the order fails, I get an error in the chekout page and never get redirected to dodopayments ui. Only thing different is the product/store currency. And orders otherwise work with ALL when choosing other payment method (bank transfer currently)

You might need to enable Adaptive currency to accept non-USD and non-INR currencies.

#

We natively support only USD and INR for product pricing.

#

I have that enabled on dodo's side

#

I see now that the ACR is unrelated, sorry, wrong diagnostic

#

Any ideas about things to check - logs or somth?

But your products still need to be USD or INR

#

We don't support ALL for product pricing.

Understood

#

So I set my products to usd and once the checkout happens, dodo offers the customer to pay in ALL?

We offer the customer to pay in ALL when the customer puts their billing country as albenia.
