yes i do, you need to open 5 vaults first and then farm gold key templates in those vaults over and over again, if you have completed 5 vaults that gold key template will always be giving you a cryo 6 key, after you have done al 6 vaults it will be giving a random key again. So if you wean to help your friends dont rush with vault 6

Yeah when I run key temps on perim its also super aids. The worst example was normal lobbies all day. Played cryo, got a gold key in an okay lobby, took the gold key to outpost and it was skarrow9 and some other level 3OO non streamers. We won somehow but the final team and us tbagged and agreed to peace, they took pinwheel and we left. Still one of the most insane lobbies ever

organizing runs for farm/Como/cryo (not even counting things like work, going out, etc.), for me as a mid-to-high level player, keeping up with some things is becoming really difficult. Ratting a purple crew on while your team is on free kits is a lot easier ngl.

Gear inequity (and even while on even gear) means you need to get the jump on a crew first. Engaging in a fair fight, even while on even gear, is risky. You leave up to positioning when the fight starts and skill, and if those are even, it is 50/50. FPS 101 = never take an even fight unless you have to. Get the jump on people.

Yeah, crew fills/matchmaking team mates is always a mixed bag in every game. Sometimes you can get them to coordinate with you, and that is usually enough to prep to jump someone.

The other skill is knowing when the team you want to jump is not giving you an angle to jump them, and knowing when to leave/not engage.

Like, if you are sneaking up on someone in pinwheel, and one of them is recon and they ping you: Get the fuck out of there. They've negated your jump attempt, run away, and then come back once the situation resets, or leave and go loot something else.

In perimeter? I just find them randomly. I run thief a lot (even in solo) and look for blue/purple boxes, sometimes they got those valuables. Lock boxes as thief is also good. You can usually get them there.

The best source though are blue or purple key rooms imo. Idk if perimeter has a gold key.

My suggestion for keys: Track how many teams are left on the map roughly. Look up the start crew numbers and pay attention: Did a team extract? -1 crew. Did you hear fighting and players getting finished? -1 crew etc. Rat with your crew when you have that key (ideally run with people you've friended and ask for priority on those items) and open the locked room once you are certain you are the only team left, or that the other players are likely far away. Loot fast, then run.

For keys? With a team. Too easy to get ratted as a solo*, and most solo player behavior is ratting. You can try to do it solo, but I think it is far easier to track remaining crews in group play.

Feel free to add me if you wanna run some of your keys sometimes. I usually take whatever the host is cool with me taking like salvage they can't hold or weapons etc.

Valid yeah. One thing I would recommend is to not worry about farming gold salvage so much. It is rare, and if the opportunity to check for some arises, take it, but otherwise worry about looting good gear safely n then exfilling. The gold upgrades are dope and all, and the barters are cool, but you can roll people using blues if you play right.

The successful vault runs I've done in cryo were the result of ratting and only ever fighting if needing to. Running from fights often lead to the other team fucking off to go do something else. It was almost as if they didn't want to take the risk of possibly losing either.

Yeah, while cyro has pvp hungry teams, it also is a maze and is actually super dangerous to chase another team if they already know you are there, in a lot of spots. We usually would spot a team at the same time, we both back off and spam our nades/bubbles for a sec, then we ditch them. Most of the time, they don't follow because it is risky and they could get caught in a bad spot. Running is important.

Yeah knowing the map is key. Only ever go into control to rotate/quickly nab keys or monitors then leave etc. Take back routes n such. Don't be afraid to run past bot groups in control n mash heal after you've ditched them if you have to.

Control is the big middle area in the center. It is super open and if you are beefing with robots there, you are likely gonna get ganked or at least noticed by other teams.

Panopticon is the level 3 access room at the top of the map that alerts people when you've opened it. It is not a bad idea to open it and quickly get the monitors n such, but you gotta blast those purple bots down fast, get your batteries n monitors, then ditch ASAP. Teams who are pvp hungry will start heading there if they want a gank.

Thankfully, you can do it pretty fast so unless they are already proximate, you can get in and get out without trouble.

i said earlier but, power fantasy that allows itself to be one, it has a specific cool factor to it, along with it being a grind but not a terrible one, theres a huge amount of stuff to do that often wraps into other things when it comes to making builds, community is quite nice for the most part aswell, the devs are also genuinely good devs (pablo is our saint)
