Certain editions of the game do specifically state that you'll gain access to all of the content over the next year, and they indicate new Shells as part of that. If I had to guess, I'd say we end up with at least 1 additional Shell over the couse of the first year of content. But anything beyond that seems like a stretch. I agree -- get used to these Runners, because the roster isn't likely to expand quickly.

Arc has a ton of PvP actually but their ABMM leads to lobbies where no one can even loot because people ignore loot just to pk
Their progression is so flat that loot becomes worthless after a point anyway

It's a great casual social mmo experience and it serves as a wonderful place for those gamers to hang out and socialize

It is not something that I personally can get into for a long period of time
