Howdy!
I've been playing Haste on my Steam Deck and Linux Desktop, both via Proton.
I bought the game on Oct 2nd, so after the Rumble update had released but before the Linux crash fixes.
Today when I started playing on my Deck, I noticed the Rumble seemed... off. I'm used to it feeling different compared to my standard xbox-like controller, but now it feels genuinely broken.
When walking around, the rumble on Deck emits... something close to the intended gait-like pattern, but it stops after a couple seconds if the left joystick's position does not change (even though Zoe is still walking!).
When running around, the rumble on Deck emits the same walking pattern at the same walking speed, but doesn't stop if the left stick isn't moved.
On my Desktop with my normal controller, both versions seem normal.
I confirmed it was 1.7d by first wiping my save (no change), and then downgrading to 1.7c (bingo! night and day difference).
I attached my save just in case it helps with debugging.
I wonder if this affects PS5 controller users as well?
