I can't play anymore, when I go to the settings nothing is displayed and I have an absurdly low sensitivity, I uninstalled all the mods and it continues to tell me that it is not loading correctly

OK THIS IS WORST, when i enter in a shard i have a black screen and the hub music start to play, and when i sprint i literally go under the map, and when i'm on the hub i have the letter like when i'm on a run, how can i reset all data from the game, i think this is the only solution a

Did you try removing the mods with these steps? Right-click on Haste in your Steam Library > Properties > Workshop > Delete all mods.

Then try to restart your computer and verify your game files: Right-click on Haste in your Steam Library > Properties > Installed files > Verify integrity of game files.
