I just lost against the final boss and after the fake-out I lost all of the permanent upgrades, I still have the abilites but for all of the captain upgrades I lost, it still shows that I have the upgrades in the captain menu but for actual health and energy I don't

It seems that I still have all of the upgrades and health but the amount of sections of the bar has been reverted back to 4 for health and 3 for the energy so the Heir's Javelin only gets 3 uses instead of the supposed 5
primal prawn
