On endless, had health left but died then the game went into slomo and glitched and i couldnt respawn or anything + I have speedrunning mod on and i just have this stuck GG

yeah endless dying once is so painful

there is multiple issues

i blackscreened

i removed the speedrunning mod and still hit a blackscreeen
