In windows go in settings for time and language .
in Format region you must set it to ENGLISH (your country) mine is canda so English (canada)
them restart steam and the game ..

you will see all number again BestDuckpat

even english (canada) breaks plenty of games. Always just set a gaming pc to English - US, no matter where in the world your located. As all developers develop for this as USA is default setting. (even koreans and japanese)
