this isn't really about terraminty and more about a cross in create and terramity.
basically my idea is to use fluids like prism solution with create fans which would give regeneration effect when getting touched by the particles

I do get you can just put it on the ground but for small creatures like chickens they would drown and generally it would make using it easier.
this isn't really something important or a huge thing

There's a lotta cool create compat things that could be done with this mod

Only thing I could see this being good for is an automated curse remover for gear but do you really need that automated

(I guess if you use apotheosis with the treasure enchantment shelf and don't filter but that's very niche)
