how to make a warrior do you mean how to start it or what to do once you start?

sparkling tactics i beleve the best way si cultivation to spawn more of that specieis and i think they have better sparkling odds but i'm not 100% sure

I too cannot pick up the sword for the warrior quest. The symbol is directly ontop of teh sword and as a Helmut or human I cannot interact with it
