My casts seem okay, but my black arrow is hitting not nearly as hard. I think I'm only going into the amp phase in p3 with 6 stacks of black arrow, but I'm not sure how to improve that through p2. Any tips would be greatly helpful.

you can use prism on the 1 minute mark and be fine to get 18 for p3
this is that other guys opener in the amp btw, skews his damage quite hard thanks to this
apart from that you should be afk spamming black arrow when these kill commands were casted, you were basically wasting the potential deathblow given from the kill commands, since cotw gives deathblow every 4 seconds
its upwards of a 3% gain in a non amp scenario, can only imagine its much more for a scenario like dimensius amp where that time spent is crucial
