MDT Sim/M+ Route Sims are the best generic way to sim Mythic+. It is far more accurate than DSlice/any other method for all Hunter Specs.

You can find a basic, recommended route here. Put the contents of the Pastebin in the SimC Expert Mode > Footer Section of any sim, usually Top Gear or Droptimizer.

You can simulate any route found on Keystone.guru by clicking the 'Simulate' button in the top-right. Make sure the route has all bosses, 100% trash, and that every pull is in the right order, this matters for the sim! If in doubt, leave the HP% and other settings default.

If MDT Sim is giving you surprising results when it comes to CD-reliant mechanics like Trinkets and cooldown-related Talents, you may want to validate the results with a mixture of ST and AoE sims (5 minutes). The problem of using one single MDT Sim Route for everything is that it may be unusually suited to a particular cooldown cadence.
