Does Darkness Call talent increase shadow damage from other sources?

i was aiming for pvp, it seemed to do ok so far with a silver enchant

i was planing to buy the gold one now, but everyone used the radiant power

so i was checking if it worked at all

with Black Arrow replacing Kill Shot when you play Dark Ranger
