I tried to take my two trinkets I currently have to 619 versus [Skardyn's Grace] 619 but seems to do worse, just want to make sure I’m not using the site incorrectly

Everything looks fine in your sim, so that would be your answer. Potentially the only thing to keep in mind is that Skardyn's will give you bigger burst on your odd trueshot uses, which may fit better with your group if you're minmaxing to that degree.
