Not running Razor Fragments for DR build seems odd.
Your RF cast needs to be higher on the priority list. I noticed you seem to be prioritizing WA/AiS.
Note that WA resets RF so you should be RF WA RF if they are both available.
Also at the very first TS you don't press anything for like 2s then cancel a cast twice
