well for starters your build is wrong

MDT Sim is the best way to sim Mythic+. It is far more accurate than DSlice/any other method for all Hunter Specs. It is considered the basis/standard for Hunter M+ Theorycrafting.

REQUIRED MDT Sim WeakAura to create your own routes.
Ruby Life Pools is recommended as a good generic dungeon/route for all M+ sims. Make sure to include all bosses.

well missing gear will make you have part of the rotation a lot rougher then if you had gear and some stats

and also a dungeon sims is a decent bit harder to read then a raid fight for exemple

cause there's way more variables in a dungeon vs a raid fight
