I just ran around for 10mins trying to buff the triforce but she never spawned, do I need 2 more ppl to get her out?

Pretty sure she's just a prepatch bug right now

It must be bugged. I killed her alone every week before the pre-patch.

Killed her Multiple times too and had no Problems
