Ah, gotcha. It's so frustrating.
Yes, it rarely does anything. The copy of myself just stands next to me and doesn't cast sand bolt.
It's only worked for me a few times, and when it does work it's a decent amount of damage. But more often than not, it just stands there and does nothing.
At least it's not just me. I'll report the bug tomorrow in-game.

Yeah, I'm stuck with it at the moment. I've ran Everbloom dozens of times for the Branch so I can replace the Mirror, but I've been having the worst luck.
