Then there's rng element that you can't do anything about which is Dire Beast Proc you got 26 total which gave you 5 Dire Pack window in 3:24 and compared to my log i got 26 Dire Beast proc for 6 Dire Pack window in 2:52

you could also press slightly more BW and DB

you didn't use Safe Rocket on your weapon either
