Gear: The cloak is a wasted embellishment slot. Swap it out for crafted bracers/pants. Use a shadow flame embellishment. You CAN consider using the toxic treads w/ the ice bolt proc but I understand the argument against them so, up to you.

You rotted over 10 seconds in the phase where the most damage is going out in a short period of time. But didn't use anything. Assign something in your personal note to each of these intermission phases.
Looks like you fixed that in future pulls.

This page can help you measure your performance pull to pull. (Be sure to look at the statistics page and check the Adjust for fight downtime).
Looking at wipe 18 your damage looks fine. Just could be more liberal with your personals during the intermission.
Major note: You are using a spirit beast that comes with Fortitude of the Bear but you only used it once throughout the entire night.
