I want to get a 2nd shadowflame embellishment but i have lariat still, i know the ones that they have listed as bis from mythic plus but i play mm and bm so im not sure which would be better and also i have one embellishment on boots but im not sure what to put the other one, ring would be best but can only do armor is it just based on your lowest ilvl?

Shadow flame only goes on armor
So if you don’t want to craft it on a tier slot it’s either waist or wrist for shadowflame
Replace neck with whatever high ilvl neck you get

The raid crit/haste neck is good otherwise check out w.e dungeon has that. I'm using the crit/mast from vortex though.
As for embellishments, I'd say boots+pants, but if you really need tier for pants then maybe belt or bracers. just that the stats on tier pants aren't good.
