#Concentrated Primal Upgrade?

I have 1 Concentrated Primal Infusion to spend (and I'm not getting any more before 10.1). Should I use it on (1) 405 Bow of the Dragon Hunters with Blue Silken Lining (currently using 405 Nelth bow); (2) 405 Elemental Lariat; (3) 405 crafted Engineering bracer with rez tinker (which I am not wearing - currently wearing a 411 Crit/Master bracer); or (4) 405 Signet of Titanic Insight with Blue Silken Lining which I am wearing (but could replace with a 411 Jeweled Signet if I use the Bow of the Dragon Hunters).

Probably not the lariat, thats getting a nerf unless you have max sockets. Most likely the bow will be the best upgrade.
Though you can PTR sim yourself if you want to be certain
