Despite the interaction between my 421 socketed Seal and the flame primordial gem, why does it still sim below freezing ice (ST) and Storm infused (AOE)?
Is it the damage or the RPPM of the ring that is under tuned? I thought that with flame-licked being a rolling additive dot post-hotfix it'd at least be superior to freezing ice for single target.
I found this is the case between all 3 specs.

Ah that makes sense. Seal has too much vers for BM, and survival has fire-damage abilities that negate the necessity for the flame-licked stone

421 seal still my best ring single target with a onyx ring using freezing. So it's not a bad ring, just dont over think the fire damage proc
