You should never need to worry about particular stat percentages for any stat, as any Hunter spec. Nor should you use other people's stat "weights" or amounts as inspiration for "what to go for", or "good amounts to have". You should never use stat weights, and Pawn is a useless addon. The only thing that should be determining the stats you use is Raidbots Top Gear: https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/topgear - This can tell you what gear to equip and what gems and enchants to use, and much more.

Just go with the sim - it won't lie to you. If you wanted someone to eyeball them, everything looks good.

Yeah that's fair. I think I'm at that point where I'm min-maxing and need to be mindful of the fights that matter. An elongated boss-fight usually results in 95+ parses. It's the shorter ones where I'm seeing a drop in DPS comparative to when I prioritized crit.

Well, fight duration can affect stats although in BM's case the difference should not be severe. Still, you could sim different fight lengths and check what's good.
