I went with the hailstone treads, and wouldn't say the slow has been an issue. That been said if you don't want the slow, then take the second highest simming item, the other boots.

well acidic hailstone treads has a built in embellishment. I use the Lariat and treads for embelishment.

I don't know about the toxified armour patch myself, but if it doubles the slow to 20% then i wouldnt want to be using it

I am leatherworker and have crafted loads of venom steeped treads and maybe single accidic hailsrone boots for other hunters.

I have both and use the venom. As other said, the slow is not that much but is a bit noticeable and the day you die because you were slow getting out of a mechanic you will remember it

Also, try to get some gloves from M+ that you can use the catalyst because both the chest and shoulders give you versatility which is not the best Stat for a BM hunter

And then just craft either a chest or shoulders with you best 2 stats
