I have a concentrated Primal essence. should I should upgrade the lariat right, instead of the bow of the dragon hunters? seen as though I want to replace bow with raid one right?

Yeah tough call to make. You could not see Ras bow for 6 weeks and enjoy a 418 pumper... or you could get Ras bow out of your next vault. Or you could hold off and still never see a bow drop but also not have an upgrade... What are the DPS changes from upgrading Lariat v Bow?

Guaranteed way to get the Raz bow to drop is spend that concentrated essence on the crafted bow lol

Older sim. It was 200 dps difference between bow and gun. Stop listening to big bow propaganda machine.

Just woke up more or less, and read through the replys, all very good points. and one thing which didnt occur to me last night, is i will have another concentrated primal essence within a few days anyway from running +16s, so i suppose it doesnt really matter lol
