Is 40k dps average on M+ good ? How to be better ?

Hey guys, I am sorry to be a pain in the ass.
I started playing wow official recently and it's my first time playing Hunter BM

Everybody says it's easy and I should do more damage on Mythics but I average 40k (389 Ilvl with 2 parts and Low/Medium enchants)
I use the best rotation possible with constant Beast Cleave Uptime and constant Beast Frenzy 3 and close to no "downtime"

Is it normal to have such low dps or what can I do more ?

for starters you drop Frenzy stack a decent amount of time

you want this to be a straight line as much as possible

I took a normal terros for that so Single target damage

you also don't use food, pots, phials and safe rockets that's just free damage

you have the wrong armor kit

on that screenshot you have a ring not enchanted

you only have 2set vs most people who have 4

Prolly take the time to go back and look at the opener in the guides
