Gear:
You already have 1 Raging Tempests item. getting another would trigger the 2pc which can be quite a big boon.
Enchants:
your ring is unenchanted, and waking stats provides more dps on your chest enchant. your legs also only have a tier 2 leg enchant.
considering these items are tier it might be a worthy investment to just go ahead and properly enchant them.
Consumables:
having a quick glance through the log it doesn't appear you used any phial. Tepid versatility is relatively cheap, glacial fury works well when undergeared and isnt too pricy either.
Your food buff also ended any you did not reapply it (which in fairness isnt always easy to do without loss).
Talents:
I would advise you to pick up Fury of the Eagle. since the RM fix it is a fairly valuable 1-drop talent.

This was the build that was originally used in the log, which otherwise looks fine. If you want to take FotE consider taking out lunge or 1x Spear Focus
Even though dropping a point in SF, i'd still recommend keeping lunge just because of how useful it tends to be in keys
Rotation:
Most notably, it doesn't seem you're really ever using harpoon despite being specced into Terms of Engagement.
ToE has a very very low bar in that you can use it extremely little, and it'll still be better than other options. but you only had 14 casts throughout the dungeon.
You also seem to not use (CA) empowered Kill Shots as much as you could, additionally, you only used KS two times in your CA window, twice.
One of these was caused by using KS early, followed into CA causing the 10 sec cooldown to still be present. The other i cannot explain. Either way, every CA window should ideally include 4 Kill Shots.
There are still a bunch of other tiny minmaxes to be done such as MB swapping to apply SS to targets that dont already have it, or to tap off LPI.
ES usage looks great, although it could have been cast a bit more often, you consistently hit a good amount of targets with it.
