So this game and only other game that does it is Rythia.
let me say first and foremost
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
4070 Super
32GB of 6200mhz RAM
B650 Pro MB
(pretty much saying its not my specs)

this issue happens primarily whenever I'm screensharing the game or have my clipping software on. My best guess is that I'm on 2560x1440p but that's really all i can come up with. Every other game runs perfectly fine (I run Battlefield 6 on max graphics just fine) but I'm making this ticket to see if anyone has suggestions

the lag stops when im playing windowed but i would really prefer to not play the game windowed
