When 2x unstable shapeshifter ( on opponent's side) copied my Azure Dragon to create 2 "fresh" copies. I used Unsummon on one of the shapeshifters it unsummoned all 3x copies the 2x Shapeshifters, and my Azure Dragon.
This seems like a distinct bug as the text for Shapeshifter states: "fresh" copy, this statement contradicts the actions laid out above.

I'm guessing opponent had Ricochet permanents in play

History didn't have any references for Ricochet procing so I don't think it was in play.

It'd be a permanent on the field, wouldn't be in history
For future reference, bug reports are much more actionable when they include a replay, see Replay tab above chat in game
