#Shrieker starts burrowed at full strength

The strength issue is fixed 👍 , thanks Sparkly 🙂
There are still a couple leftover issues:
- Shrieker still enters play burrowed (it should not, even when evolving from Graboid)
- Now Graboid has its strength halved (it should not, it's a special exception from other burrowed creatures)
Interesting, I'll try get that behaviour fixed
@analog cairn it isn't an exception, original has rounding errors, when you activate burrow it halves attack (& rounds) & sets burrowed to true. When you unburrow it doubles attack (which may now be different than when initially burrowing) & sets burrowed to false
graboid, being burrowed already, doesn't have to activate burrow, so it achieves burrow status without activating burrow hence not going through having attack halved
