cause each game will be unique even if player pool will play stronger in general.

some typo in the scrinshot and message. 1)if no one enclose(surround) the point - it belongs to nobody. (it is neutral). Only if someone fully enclosed and surround it it started to produce bonuses and penalties.
Also typo on screenshot. Anchors point made ports/factories 15% cheaper(not 15% of cost)
Also Shield point is work with the defense posts AND air defense (not only with air defense). So Shield produce 60% cheper defense posts and air defense systems.
But +5% on cities, factories and port buildings.

Also I deliberately tried to not give those points HUGE baff/debaff cause ruin the game balance was not my idea. Idea was to add some fleur to it. some pepper or salt if you wanna call it that way. Of course if developers decide they can add more significant buff/debuff, but I don't think this would be the good idea cause it can frights the exicting players off the game.
Also there could be points connected with troop regeneration speed. Or all sorts of stuff.
The point was to made every single game unique in some way. So the game will never turned into some endless circle of same routine , cause every single game will be unique.
there could be battle for those dots, dozens of new strategies, plot twists and many many things. Just imagine one guy whans to be a peaceful trader and encounter NUKE incentive dot. May be now he will try to play totally differently. One happens to spawn next to defense post dot and now building literally a fortress. All kinds of new strategies without ruin the gameplay and even changing it at all.

Maybe instead, these points of interest are ruins? That way players have to spend money to get their full effects. These would work nicely as temporary buffs too.
Coin = Airport ruins
Soldier = Bunker ruins
Anchor = Oil fields
City = Fertile reigon
Shield = Radio tower
