make it were we can give our troop % over to over players

we have were we give troops as a % of there cap but it would be even better if we can give our troop production
% to over players so after our troop cap gets over a serton % the rest will go to over players we let have it and if we gave it to more then one player then it will dividing it self to the amount of players I gave it too. so like I get 300 troop production and I am giving it too 2 payers they will get 150 each when I get none. this is just for lazy players like me so most likely wont get added

interesting but in that case team play gonna be only in mode when all players send their troops to one player.

from some time people understend that the best way to win its send troops to bigest or front player so its gonns endup only like that in my opinion
its not about that gonna be only one way but in case u want to win i need to do that so its not interesting
