Last I checked with v24 there's 0 reload speed on troops - yes you'll likely affect a 1v1 warship fight, but unless you're close enough to keep up a full stream of boats you'll struggle with a 2v1

From what I have tested, I just gotta macro or spam B on keyboard and the warships will continue to target the transport
