With the launch of V24, you are able to upgrade the buildings. I do like this feature but its a bit boring. I think every 10 upgrades you do to a building should change its look to a somewhat more advanced looking building. I feel like capping it at a level 100 building should be good since that means the dev only has to make 10 tier models for each of the 5 building. (I don't mean capping the level as in only being able to upgrade the building 100 times and you aren't able to upgrade it past 100, I mean you can upgrade it 100 times before the model stops changing so the dev doesnt have to make hundreds of different models for every 10 upgrades)
