Conditions: Single player, Teams, 400 bots
The bot team is allowed to win. On single player mode, this occurs around the 40+ second mark. Testing on maps Gateway to the Atlantic, Australia, Iceland.
This is probably due to the number of Nations (team players) on each map, and the ability of the nations to capture space. This did not occure on a test play of the World map.
Also of note. When disabling Nations, there are two teams: Bots and the player.
