Cant place country

i cant place my country on the map
and when im playing with someone in the same house (same internet) it only allow 1 country to be placed the other device cant

For now only one player per ip is allowed. The server was DDoSed and it is put as a protection & also against multitabbing

It might be increased to 2-3 players in future if dev wants to.
