Well, in resume if you launch an MIRV bellow Cuba (in the ocean) or another island, the MIRV will fly north almost to the end of the map and when detonated the damage will be like 2% of what should have been and in random locations.

But if you click normally in the land, the MIRV will work correctly.

mirv can only be sent to player owned land now

I think it should be able to shoot nukes on sea to destroy ships
