#Do I need a refund?

I went through EA Customer Support to get my Steam version of Spore activated, and he says they can't add C&C/GA and that I should ask for a refund. Is that the case?

To clarify, I bought Creepy&Cute and Galactic Adventures and have been playing offline with them for several days.

I was just now trying to activate my account, following the guide in #・online-registration, so I can share creations and whatnot.

EA Support will just say things like that sometimes. Contact them again until you find someone that can add them.

It doesn’t seem to have mattered? I logged in with my new account and I can share/make creepy&cute stuff no problem

And I can play Galactic Advemtures at the very least, idk about sharing them

It is making me log back in every 5 seconds though lmao

Make sure the creations actually appear on the website. The game will say they shared even if they didn't.
