No, you’d need to buy the game again on a new EA account. If you’ve already used up all 5 slots, there’s nothing else you can do, Spore profiles can’t be renamed or deleted.

It was actually supposed to be possible to delete profiles, but it was “temporarily” disabled due to technical issues 16 years ago and never re-enabled

Devs and mods here don’t have the authority or ability to touch anything with EA’s account system, any issues with accounts would have to go through EA Help, EA’s customer support service. Theoretically, EA Help agents may have the ability to delete the Spore profiles from your EA account, but, according to someone more knowledgeable on this than me, that’d more likely just break all of your Spore accounts instead of freeing up some of your slots for alternate names, due to the complex interconnection between the EA account system (on EA’s servers) and the Spore accounts system and online platform (on the Spore server). Nobody has the ability to delete accounts off of the Spore server nowadays.
