I have tried TWICE to reissue my Galactic Adventures product key through EA Help, but it keeps giving me AI chat bots. I’m honestly reallyREALLY sorry that I ended up needing to contact you again. Maybe could you tell me what the correct dialog options are that will get me the solution I’m looking for?

I don’t think they have ai chatbots because they have the ai thing separate

But they do have broken English sometimes because it’s obvious they are not native English speakers
