So I originally backed this game via Fig in 2019. I went to delete my spam folder contents this morning and the split-second **after **I hit "Yes I really do want to delete this entire folder forever with no chance of recovery at all" I saw the email from Gearbox with my backer key retrieval information.
The Fig platform is now gone along with my account, so I have no other means to retrieve my key. Would really appreciate some help.

this is not something that can be resolved on here as it requires personal information which is restricted to specific personell
and please check your spam folder(again)

no clue, just a moderator, i have no access to the queue.. but i´d hazard a guess its the type of ticket that is high priority

Oh, I saw the email in my spam folder, AFTER I clicked the "delete" button 😦

I set mine to bypass the trash and go straight to annihilation 😕

Might be the default setting but did just check the trash and it's not there
