I'm very excited to be a part of the 2nd closed beta test, but I was curious if I could stream gameplay to my friends in Discord. I didn't see anything in the email regarding that (and it might come in the emails at a later date), but I just wanted to know beforehand.

No, there is no NDA related to CBT2 and the content is free-to-share on social media platforms or streaming.
