Just finished the tutorial and I sent my dozer out to clear rocks. The dozer became damaged and I have a mission to build a garage but there is no option to build a garage in the construction menu. The video tutorial, question mark icon, shows 2 rows of icons in the construction menu. At this stage in the game I only have one row and 5 icons in the construction menu. I suspect that there is a prerequisite building or material that is needed but I don't know which one that is at this point. The dozer broke very fast and there was no warning or explanation about the moon surface vs roads and wear to vehicles.
