I'm a German streamer and was allowed to test the game in the alpha version. While streaming, I noticed that the game flickered during the stream. Also, I couldn't change the resolution in the menu.
Furthermore, I would appreciate it if the resource gathering command could be applied repeatedly to multiple areas simultaneously.
Currently, one has to cycle through the menu and issue the command again each time.
Or is this already possible with multiple commands and I've simply overlooked it?
Okay, I figured out that the flickering depends on the OBS settings. If you record the game in a window, there's no flickering. If you select "Game" as the source in OBS, then it flickers.

Can you relay information upon your System specs and OBS settings.
We can use this Information to determine if this flickering is bound to the System or the OBS settings.
I myself didn´t notice any flickering while streaming or recording.
